GENERAL MANAGER
The General Manager works across our full network of studios, guiding operations and strategy while partnering closely with studio leadership to keep standards consistent as we grow. STUDIO MANAGERS
Studio Managers oversee the day-to-day heartbeat of their location — staffing, client relationships, studio standards, and the overall experience clients have every time they walk in. It's a hands-on leadership role that requires equal parts operational rigor and people skills, as you'll be managing both a team and a client base while upholding the classical training standards Real Pilates is known for. STUDIO CARE COORDINATORS
Our Studio Care Coordinators are the first face and voice of Real Pilates — greeting clients, managing scheduling and studio flow, and setting the tone for every visit. This front desk role blends hospitality with organization: you'll juggle bookings, answer client questions, and help keep the studio running smoothly behind the scenes. TEACHER TRAINING ADMINISTRATORS
Our Teacher Training Administrators are the backbone of the RPTT program, supporting trainees and graduates from their first day of training through certification and beyond. This role manages our LMS, coordinates scheduling and logistics across our network of Host studios, and keeps the infrastructure behind our teacher training running smoothly on a national and international scale. DIRECTOR OF TEACHER TRAINING
The Director of Teacher Training leads the growth and global development of the RPTT program — driving enrollment, expanding our network of Host and Licensed studios, and shaping the future of classical Pilates education worldwide. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on program leadership, as you'll be building relationships with prospective studios and trainees while ensuring every graduate carries forward the Pilates lineage with the highest standard of training. REMOTE TECH COORDINATOR
The Remote Tech & Systems Coordinator helps keep our digital world running smoothly. This part-time, flexible role is operations-focused (about 80%) with a creative edge (about 20%) as you’ll support website updates, Zoom downloads, YouTube uploads, Zapier automations, and our LMS to nurture the development and maintenance of our various online Pilates programs.
