24 hour cancellation policy :

We adhere strictly to a 24 hour Cancellation Policy to keep the studio running in it’s most effective capacity for you and our talented instructors. Please review fees below.

Class Cancellation- Under 12 hours is considered a ‘Late Cancel.’ That class will be deducted from your package or membership. In the event of a no-show, you will incur a fee of $11.11 in addition to your class payment. By late canceling, you are not charged a no-show fee.

Private Cancellation- Under 24 hours is considered a “Late Cancel” and will result in you being charged in full for that session.

Real Pilates® Studio Policies

  • All Sales Are Final: All purchases are non-refundable.

  • Expectant Mothers: Group classes are not recommended during pregnancy. Please contact our team to schedule a private session for your safety and comfort.

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy for Appointments: All private, duet, and semi-private appointments require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation.

  • 12-Hour Cancellation Policy for Group Classes: All group classes require at least 12 hours' notice for cancellation. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class start time are considered late cancellations.

  • Payment & Processing Policy: Payment is required for all booked sessions. Any unpaid sessions will be automatically processed the day before the scheduled appointment according to the following schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: Between 6 PM and 8 PM.

  • Friday, Saturday & Sunday: Beginning at 1 PM.

  • Payments will be applied using the appropriate membership, package, or single-session rate on the client's account. If no session credits are available, our administrative team will contact the client regarding payment options.

  • How to Cancel: Clients must cancel their own appointments and classes through their Real Pilates® account using the Real Pilates® app or website.

  • Grace Period: A strict 5-minute grace period applies to all classes and sessions. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be admitted.
