These Terms of Use govern your use of realpilateshouston.com and the services of Real Pilates Houston LLC ("Real Pilates Houston," "we," "us," or "our"), including bookings, purchases, and text messages. By using our website, booking a session, or opting in to texts, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Bookings, packages, and cancellations

Sessions and classes are booked through our scheduling platform. Packages, memberships, and session credits are subject to the expiration, cancellation, late-cancel, and no-show policies posted at the studio and on our booking platform at the time of purchase. Health and assumption of risk

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real Pilates Houston and its affiliates, owners, employees, and instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

SMS Program Terms

  1. Program description: Real Pilates Houston sends text messages about appointment and booking confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, account updates, and, if you opt in, studio news, events, and promotional offers.

  2. Opting in: you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website or booking forms or by signing a text message consent form at the studio. You may also agree verbally at the studio to receive booking and account texts only. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

  3. Message frequency: message frequency varies.

  4. Costs: message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

  5. Opting out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out and no further messages unless you opt in again.
